Established for over 20 years Swanborough Fishing Lakes offers coarse fishing of the highest quality on three contrastingly different mature lakes. Nestling within the extraordinary beauty of The South Downs National Park. Located just outside of Lewes, the county town of East Sussex, we are able to provide peace and tranquility along with fabulous fishing 365 days a year.

Swanborough Fishing Lakes are a story of progress. Our beautiful fishery nestling within the Southdowns National Park, covers 12 acres of land with the lakes themselves spanning over 4 acres of water. We have carefully constructed swims placed around each of the lakes available on the venue. These provide ample space and consideration for 'long-stay' anglers especially so around our 'crowning jewel' the specimen lake. Although an already established name on the commercial fishery circuit, since coming under the ownership and resources of The Iford Estate, there has been a concerted effort and energy invested into improving the venue and it's amenities for the benefit of all.
